A passionate leader of people, I have held senior executive roles across Human Resources, Operations and Risk Management in ASX 100 Companies and for 12 years, was responsible for managing and leading many thousands of people across multiple businesses and projects in strategic, national and executive positions across the Woolworths Group of companies.
My role was pivotal in developing programs that strengthened organisational expertise, optimised performance and increased capability, whilst disrupting traditional leadership thinking. I designed and led companywide reviews and restructures, optimised operating models and built high performing teams across the country.
In 2015 I moved into consulting, to share my valuable skills and expertise with the wider business community. Today I work directly with CEOs, helping leaders gain clarity so they can act with purpose and conviction, achieve their ambitions and optimise their organisations for growth.
